We interview the agents to ascertain who the best agent will be to sell your property using a thorough and specific process.
We will then provide you with our tailored proposal that will empower you to engage the agent, who in our objective opinion will have the experience, expertise and credentials to maximise the price of your property.
On Appointing an Agent
Provide you with further independent advice to assist you get the most out of the sale of your property including the best method of sale – Private Sale, Auction or Expression of Interest? Advise you on the marketing and selecting the most cost effective and suitable advertising campaign to ensure you maximise your budget. Give you all the advice you need to help you sell your property including presentation, repairs and makeovers needed to optimise the results.
As your independent advisor, Geelong Advocates will oversee the entire sales campaign for you. We will liaise with the selling agent to ensure you are kept informed with updates and feedback from potential buyers. We will consult with you on any offers that have been made on your property and will do all of the negotiations on your behalf with the selling agent. If your method of sale is auction we will be with you on the day to guide you through the process and help you make the right decisions.
